β±οΈ Order Processing & Delivery
Handling Time
Most orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1β2 business days of placing your order.
Occasionally, dispatch may take an extra day or two if an item is temporarily out of stock. We will contact you immediately if we expect a significant delay with your order.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default, meaning the courier is authorised to leave your parcel in a safe, secure spot at your address if you are not home.
If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please contact us before your order is shipped to arrange an alternative.
π Shipping Restrictions & Notes
P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship large or heavy items (such as bulk dog food) to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for these items.
Post Office Collection: Couriers (excluding Australia Post) cannot leave parcels at local Post Offices for collection.
Warehouse Pickup (Sydney): Customers can collect their order from our Sydney warehouse. Please wait for our notification that your order is ready for pickup before visiting.
