iPetStore is committed to customer satisfaction- if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund*. We will also ship your size exchange request back to you, for free!

How do i return my product?

If you have had a change of mind on a product or it isn't what you were expecting please return it to us via Australia Post to our warehouse address (bottom of page).

Before shipping back to us, you must make keep a record of the parcel tracking number and take a picture of the parcel with our address clearly displayed, this way we can track it if it does go missing. We will not refund items which are lost in the post unless a tracking number and an image of the parcel with our address can be provided.

For larger items which may need to be returned via a more cost effective solution such as courier, please contact us and we can help you arrange this.

My product was delivered faulty, what should i do now?

Please notify us immediately. We will not exchange or refund any items after 30 days of delivery. Once we have been notified we will organise for the collection of the item to be brought back to our warehouse. After inspection of the item, if the item is deemed to have a manufacturers fault we will organise an exchange or replace of the product. Some items may be sent back to the original manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is organised.
