API AlgaeFix controls the main and most persistent types of algae in freshwater aquariums, and does so without causing harm to your fish or plants. You can use AlgaeFix as part of your aquarium maintenance routine, or to directly treat and control algae. Do not use with freshwater crustaceans.
INSTRUCTIONS
Add 1 ml. for each 10 gallons or 5 ml. for each 50 gallons of aquarium water. Repeat dose every three days until algae is controlled. Siphon or scrape any dead algae from aquarium. Once algae growth is under control, add one dose per week. Weekly doses will control algae growth and reduce aquarium maintenance.
Will API ALGAEFIX algae control harm fish and aquatic animals in my tank?
API ALGAEFIX algae control will not harm fish or turtles. Turtles and other aquatic reptiles or amphibians can remain in the aquarium during treatment. DO NOT use with freshwater crustaceans including shrimp, crabs, and lobsters.
My aquarium has been affected by a major algae bloom. Do you carry a product that controls algae, but does not harm my fish?
