URS Ultimate Turtle Neutraliser

A mineral‑block treatment that slowly releases calcium and vitamin D3 while also helping condition water for your pet turtle or tortoise.

The URS Ultimate Turtle Neutraliser Block is designed to support the health of pet turtles or tortoises by combining water conditioning with mineral supplementation. Each block releases calcium and vitamin D3 gradually into the water, which helps prevent shell softness and supports proper calcium absorption via the intestinal tract. 

In addition to the mineral supplementation, the block contributes to stabilising the water environment: it neutralises acidic water and helps maintain more stable pH levels, which is beneficial to reptile health. The product is formulated such that one block will treat up to about 15 L of water. 

This makes the block a handy add‑on for turtle or tortoise enclosures where water quality and shell integrity are ongoing concerns, especially for aquatic or semi‑aquatic species. It’s often recommended to use this in conjunction with proper UVB lighting (10% UVB tube/globe) to ensure your reptile is receiving both the environmental and nutritional support it needs.
